Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. This opportunity lasts up to 24 hours from the time of order placement. If you need to update the shipping address or cancel your order within this window, you can do so via the Chat BOT on our website or by contacting us at +918882251201. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method. No returns shall be accommodated by Karkhanawala and Company as all products are custom-made.

Damage or Error in Order

If your merchandise arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours by using our communication channels. Keep all original packaging, and consider making an unboxing video. A replacement item will be shipped at no additional shipping cost once the issue is verified. An alternate item may be offered if an exact replacement is unavailable.

Reporting a Problem

All complaints should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by photos, videos, and a description of the issue. Discrepancies reported after 48 hours or without proper documentation may not be eligible for a resolution.

Important Notes

Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer. If authorized by us, return via the directed method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an exception is granted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment, except for Cash on Delivery, where refunds are via store credit only.

Product Availability and Description

If a product is unavailable post-order, we will suggest alternatives or process refunds. Slight variations in products are expected due to the nature of our customizable items. Color discrepancies due to monitor settings or photography lighting may occur.
